Send your products directly to our Ottawa fulfillment center. We receive your goods, check for accuracy, and get everything logged into our system.
Step 2: We Store It Safely (Cold or Ambient) :
Whether it’s frozen, refrigerated, or shelf-stable—we’ve got the storage to match. Our facility includes cold chain zones for perishable items and standard racks for everything else.
Step 3: Orders Come In :
You send us your orders manually, or we can integrate with your Shopify store (or other platforms). We process them as they come in—no batching, no delay.
Step 4: We Pick, Pack & Deliver:
Our team handles each order quickly and carefully. From insulated packing to final-mile delivery, we make sure your products reach customers fresh, fast, and intact—same-day or next-day.
